Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations
Athlete Nomination
- Graduated from Cedar Creek School a minimum of 10 years prior to nomination
- Participated in athletics at Cedar Creek High School
- While athletic achievement is of prime importance, moral character, positive role model and good citizenship during high school and post high school years will be taken into consideration.
Coaching Nomination
- Made a significant contribution to Cedar Creek athletics and have demonstrated good character and citizenship.
Deadline for Next Selection
Nomination deadline is May 1, 2024.
Note: If your nominee is not inducted to the Athletic Hall of Fame this year, their nomination will carry over for five years.
